Prep-Time:      15Min             Cook-Time:     30Min             Serves:           As Desired

Ingredient:
  • Skimmed milk 375 gram
  • Flour 125 gram
  • Ghee 1 kg
  • Sugar 250 gram
  • Soda 1/4 tsp
  • Amonium 1/4 tsp
  • Water 1 liter
  • Rang kaat 2 pints
  • Pistachio as required
Preparation Method:

1.       High temperature oil in a pan.

2.       Take a dish and include 2 mugs of ghee and milk powder in it.
3.       Blend it by including little water gradually.
4.       At that point include soda, rang kaat, amonium and water. Blend well. Include flour and blend well.
5.       Put the mixter in cooler to get it cool.
6.       After that include sugar and half liter water in a pan to make sugar syrup.
7.       Then make the little wads of the cooled mixture.
8.       Broil the balls on low fire, till golden brown.
9.       Presently dunk the seared balls in the sugar syrup.
10.   At the point when get prepared take out in a dish and garnish with pistachio and serve.
