                       Prep Time : 45 min            Cook Time : 30 min                   Serves : 4-6

Ingredients

Mutton leg(raan) 1

Yogurt 250 gms

Milk 1/2 glass

Saffron 1/2 tsp

Oil 4 Tbsp

Blended hot spice(garam Masala)1 tsp

Salt to taste

Ginger 2 inch piece(finely slashed)

Garlic 6 cloves(finely slashed)

Squashed chillie pieces 1 Tbsp or to taste

broiled cumin seed 1 tsp (crushed with blade)

onion entire 1

green chillies 5-6

spring onion 2

Cooking Method

Warm half measure drain in cup and include saffron in it mix well.

Take raan ,make cut check on both sides with the assistance of blade and rub blended hot flavor (Garam 
Masala) on both sides and leave for 10 minutes.
take a vessel include Yogurt, Salt, Ginger, Garlic, Oil, weakened Saffron (from step 1), Red Chille drops, 

Grounded Cumin and blend.

Pour the arrangement from venture above on Mutton Leg and rub well.

Leave it for an alternate 15 min.

Put the Mutton Leg in heating tray and simply put onion, spring onion and green chillies on top and now put in 
oven 180 degree for 12 min Change the side of Mutton Leg and let it bake for an alternate 12 min.

After 12 minutes take the leg out and spill all juices from the heating tray to an alternate dish and put the Leg in a serving plate.

Garnish:

Strain out Blend the Onion, Green Chillies and Spring Onion in a blender.

Add the mixed Onion, Green Chillies and Spring Onion over to the Juices and put it to Bake until it transforms into a thick suace.

Once prepared spill this sauce on the Mutton Leg

It’s prepared to be served.
