Ingredients:
Chicken 1 ½ kg
Flour ½ cup
Corn flour ½ cup
Rice flour ½ cup
Heating powder 1 tsp
Egg whites 3
Sugar 1 tsp
Mustard powder 1 tsp
Red chili stew pieces 1 tbsp
White vinegar 2 tbsp
Corn drops or chili stew chips 2 cups
White pepper 1 tsp
Salt to taste
Oil to taste
Method:
Hotness water on a dish and include 1 ½ kg chicken in it
alongside 2 tbsp vinegar and some salt. Cook it for 5 minutes and take out the
chicken. Combine, ½-mug flour, ½-cup corn flour, ½-mug rice flour, 1 tsp sugar,
salt 1 tsp mustard powder, 1 tbsp red chili stew pieces, and 1 tsp white
pepper.
Blend everything and keep it dry. Beat three egg whites. Keep
independently corn pieces or stew chips. Place oil in the skillet and spread
the chicken with dry flour, plunge it in the egg white finally move them in
bean stew chips. Profound sear them till they are become golden brown. Serve it
with finger chips and ketchup.
