Ingredient:
  • A kilogram of chicken

  •  A cup of ghee
  •  A tablespoon ginger garlic paste
  • ½ teaspoon ground red pepper
  • Would a quarter teaspoon of pepper
  • A tablespoon ground coriander
  • A cup of yogurt
  • A teaspoon crushed hot spices
  • (Six to eight cloves (ground
  • (Three to four pieces of cardamom (ground
  • Five to six small cardamom
  • (Three to four tsp pepper (ground
  • Jautry a quarter teaspoon of ground nutmeg
  • Two tablespoons of chopped ginger
  • A teaspoon fragrant screw pine
  • Customization salt tastes

Method of Preparation: 

1.       Heat ghee in a dish and the onions and after that broil the chicken and uproot the four to five minutes.
2.       The mug ginger garlic paste, ground red pepper, let peppers, ground coriander, salt and water and blend.
